- Do we have to be home to let workers in?
- That is up to you, the home owner. If you prefer to be there, that’s fine, however, sometimes the trades have other errands to run before getting to a job site, so giving us a key to have access would be the most convenient.
- Do you hire sub-trades?
- Yes we do. Our sub-trades have their own insurance.
- Is there a written contract?
- We do have a written contract that will be available to you any time for review during the estimating process, prior to your signing it.
