- Is there a best time to start our project?
- Will we have a written schedule so we can prepare for what’s coming?
- Yes, Contractor’s Corner creates a calendar of work and supply you with that schedule.
- Will changes make while the work is being done affect the budget and/or schedule?
- Yes, every change requires planning and material acquiring, all this takes time. Any new materials will add to the invoice as well as any lost days for the scheduled workers will also add to the invoice.
- How long will the project take?
- Depending on the scope of the project depends on the time line. This is specific to every job.
- If we see a problem, who do we contact?
- The site supervisor or project coordinator.
