Seal the Deal Checklist

  1. Review the drawings/plans.
  2. Review the estimate.
  3. Sign Contract and initial drawings/plans.
  4. 30% Deposit
  5. Confirm drawing/plans fit with subcontractor (if applicable)
  6. Submit key to job site.
  7. Order materials, acquire arrival dates.
  8. Establish a Project Schedule.
  9. Prepare for work, delivery materials, etc.
  10. Start the job.
